Citadel Federal Solutions, a privately held Missouri LLC, is a Missouri company located in the greater Kansas City area. The management is united by common goals of serving both the public and private sector, by actively recruiting veterans and service disabled veterans. Citadel is drawing on over 50 collective years of Information Technology, Project Management, staffing, and workforce solutions experience. Citadel Federal Solutions is extremely well positioned to incorporate the most advanced staffing and project management methods, for effective and timely solutions to all clients. These solutions are in Information Technology, Engineering, and Administrative / Clerical support staff.
Citadel Federal Solutions is led by Terry Holshouser who was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with a "V" device, for Valor during combat in the Republic of Vietnam. He has extensive experience in IT, Telecommunications, and Construction Management. He has been a Principal Program Manager with Sprint, the Nordex - Division of Nortel, and Simpler Networks. In addition to his day-to-day involvement with Citadel Federal Solutions, Terry is an Adjunct Professor of Business with Park University, Parkville, MO. He holds an Undergraduate and Graduate Degree in Business. Organizations; Vice Commander of the American Legion Post #60, Life Memeber of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Life Member of Disabled American Veterans (DAV), and a Life Menber of the Military Order of the Purple Heart (MOPH).
J.T “Terry” Malone brings over 25 years staffing experience to Citadel Federal Solutions. Terry was a principal in two Executive Search firms, specializing in high level engineering, IT security and telecommunication searches on a regional and national basis. As Manager of TDB Communications Professional Services Division, he built the practice from an idea to a successful organization with over 80 employees working with private companies, the VA and the General services administration throughout the Midwest. Terry originally trained with Management Recruiters International (MRI) and Sales Consultants, Terry was an award winning Top Producer as a Staffing Consultant, Trainer and Branch Manager starting the Telecommunications practice. Terry later joined The Spencer Reed Group to develop the Telecommunications Division as Director, working contract and permanent staffing. Terry assisted the SRG Government Group by placing the first telecom contract personnel in Kansas City, Denver, and Philadelphia. In 1998 Terry was the Top Producer for the entire Spencer Reed Group. Clients have included; SBC, Sprint, AT&T, General Cable, Cox Communications, Ciena, Alamosa, Microsoft, GTE, Motorola, Comverse, and many others. After leaving Spencer Reed Terry accepted a position with Iconixx in a dual role as Account Director and Director – Staffing & Business Development. He served in Viet Nam and was awarded the Bronze Star. He attended the University of Dubuque completing his studies at the University of Wisconsin. A member of the American Legion Post #60 in Missouri.
